- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of food stations.
- Ensure that ingredients are prepared in accordance with SOPs.
- Help maintain company’s HACCP plan and enforce food safety guidelines.
- Encourage the team to always strive for higher standards.
We're looking for someone with:
- 1 year of experience in fine dining restaurants or high end catering.
- Experience in maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards.
- Passionate with various styles and techniques necessary to develop and execute menus.
- Hungry to expand knowledge base and skill set.
- Expert in using local ingredients and cooking with the seasons.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dedicated team player with proven ability to lead and educate others.
- Singaporeans and PRs only.
